Poorly Wills...: (

I'm a bit under the weather, got another ear infection and tummy upset.

Karen (my vet) came to check me over and I have drops for my ears and on hay and water diet.

I'm not impressed I love my food, today I left the fireplace to go and visit my children..

I seem to get all sorts wrong with me since my wife died, my owner had to bath me because of the runs in a baby bath, yuck....I didn't mind that but I wouldn't come out!

Rules for the Summer for your pets!

· Recognise the signs of overheating. Heat stress in your pet can include heavy panting, glazed eyes, a rapid pulse, unsteadiness, vomiting, or a deep red or purple tongue.

· If you sense that your pet is overheating, take it out of the sun. You can dump cool water over your pet to gradually lower the body temperature. You should also let your pet drink small amounts of water or lick ice cubes. If your dog is still exhibiting the same symptoms, take it to the vet.

· On hot days, limit the amount of exercise your pet gets. You should be especially careful with older dogs, short-nosed dogs and dogs with heavy coats. A good idea is to let dogs exercise in the early morning or at night when it's coolest. During the day, let them sit in a cool area either in front of a fan or in an air conditioned room.

· Don't leave your pet in the car. Cars can heat up fast in the summer, and if left for too long that heat can be fatal for your pet. If you must leave them in your car, don't do it for more than a few minutes. Remember to keep all the windows rolled down a few inches and park in the shade. Also, make sure your pet has sufficient water.

· Refrain from bringing your pet to crowded events such as concerts or fairs. The combination of the crowds and the heat can be stressful for a dog or a cat. Be sure to leave them at home where it's cooler.

Tara is pretty in PINK!

I just love my pink cat tray!

And look, a matching dining set for my food & water!!

Now I'm fashionable like my feline friends!

Wilbur takes a rest!

I refused to go to bed last night wanted to stay on my new fleece mat, I was left out with my cage door open so I could get my food and water, came down this morning and made the living room like like a bomb site, all the cushions on the floor and covers, and I was sat on the settee looking so innocent (and cute), my owner just laughed, but I'm back on my fleece now resting......Zzz!

Dog Kennels

If you are a looking for Dog Kennels a few things to remember are:

The kennel must be large enough to accommodate your dog and provide plenty of space for moving around in, not that it has to be a massive kennel, but adequate enough.
